Lake
The lake's banks will be paralleled with walking trails ideal for leisurely strolls or jogging activities.  For those seeking more from the lake, one can explore while paddling their canoe or finding a quiet location to “drop a line“ in the lake stocked for a sure catch.  Also available will be the addition of a three acre pond in the final northern phase of development.

Trails
The trails within The Conservancy connect each homesite to nature, the Lodge and to neighbors. Perfect for a leisurely stroll or a brisk jog, trails wind through prairie, woodland, and greenspaces. Best of all, the trails are easily accessible from every homesite in The Conservancy.

Swimming Pool
Coming in the fall of 2011, residents will be able to enjoy a refreshing dip in the swimming pool, which will be located behind the Lodge and for the exclusive use of all residents.

Observation Points
Observation points offer the perfect place to experience the wildlife and nature surrounding you at The Conservancy. You can see the lake, natural areas, and woods from platforms, gazebos or benches designed and placed for the best nature views.

Woods
Woods cover over 14 acres of The Conservancy, preserving the natural environment for birds and woodland animals. Enjoy the woods from the trails and view them from many of the home sites.

Natural Prairie Experience a natural prairie, just like it was a hundred years ago. Butterflies flit, breezes brush by and crickets chirp. If the prairie isn't in your backyard, it's a short walk away via the landscaped trails. Playground The community playground is a favorite hangout for our younger residents (and those young at heart!) - and parents like to visit while their youngsters expel energy in a healthy environment.
